Everything was fine during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its comfortable and handy location short walk to supermarkets, the surrounding areas and Marazion and the Isles of Scilly. Asked for double room and it was well furnished and tastefully decorated for half sized wardrobe. Meals were good, and there was The Tolcarne Inn near the hotel.

It was a nice hotel in a pretty area, just next door to promenade, the Rosalie Guest House and the beach, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient at all times. Overall enjoyed our stay and recommend.

The breakfast was delicious with a lot of GOOD food on offer. The hotel location was comfortable and handy on the market. Besides, we were just next door to foreshore and restaurants, the seafront and the beach, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

I had such a great time at this hotel! The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful West Cornwall. The attention to detail by the staff really stood out, making it a special stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had plenty of options to suit everyone's tastes. The warm and friendly service made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. it was a fantastic value for money and I can't wait to come back.

We had a really lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was good, including courteous staff. The location was particularly good and excellent, relatively close to Chapel Street. Spotless unit for half sized wardrobe, we truly enjoyed it.

Lovely, Victorian property. Had double room with birthday cake, half sized wardrobe, for instance. Location - magnificent and amazing right by the town centre, bus transport and the beachfront and Penzance Promenade. Besides, easy to get to Statue of Humphry Davy, only 5 minutes walk. Very nice stay, as always.

The guest house had a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the harbor where you can catch a boat to the Scilly Isles. It was also very close to the town center, making it convenient for exploring. The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely en-suite bathroom. The service was friendly and helpful, with the owner providing useful advice and even offering to carry our bags. Additionally, the breakfast provided a variety of options, including a delicious fresh fruit salad.
The beds were a bit harder than what we were used to, but it may suit others.
